About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BCs) to provide psychiatric services onsite at a partner adult day care center in Sewell, New Jersey, and through telehealth. Onsite availability in Sewell is required; this is a hybrid position and not fully remote. Providers receive an established patient caseload, ongoing referrals, administrative and clinical support, and access to a collaborating psychiatrist and interdisciplinary team. The center operates Monday through Friday, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Onsite coverage is generally needed 1–3 days per week. Specific days and hours depend on center needs and provider availability. Telehealth visits may be scheduled on onsite days or additional days. Flexible part-time scheduling opportunities are available. Compensation is per completed visit: $70–$90 for initial psychiatric evaluations and $40–$60 for follow-up medication management. Rates depend on experience, credentials, qualifications, and clinical expertise. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Mindify provides patient referrals, administrative scheduling support, malpractice insurance coverage, and a collaborative agreement for services to Mindify patients. Coverage and the collaborative agreement apply only while actively contracted with Mindify and do not extend to outside employment or private practice. Part-time or full-time W-2 opportunities may be considered in the future based on organizational needs and mutual interest.
