About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of the clinical team and provide outpatient mental healthcare, including medication management and therapy, to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Care may be delivered in person at clinics or through the company’s digital telemedicine offering. The role is suited to clinicians who want to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare, seek work-life balance, and are interested in professional growth. The position is offered as a W-2 employed role, with part-time and full-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $208,000–$275,000 and uncapped earning potential, plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash-based bonus. Requirements
- Licensed in Washington.
- Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- At least two years of post-graduate experience.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
