About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is part of a clinical team providing high-quality behavioral healthcare. LifeStance delivers evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both in clinics and through telemedicine. The position is W-2 employed, with part-time and full-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $208,000–$275,000 and uncapped earning potential. A sign-on bonus and annual cash-based bonus are also offered.
Requirements
- Licensed in Washington.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
