About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient care setting. LifeStance provides mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults through in-person clinics and digital telemedicine offerings. The position is a W-2 employed role with part-time and full-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $208,000–$275,000, uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and an annual cash-based bonus. Requirements
- Licensed in Washington.
- Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
