About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PA) for full-time opportunities in the Boca Raton, FL market. These roles involve working in either outpatient or inpatient psychiatry settings. The organization is dedicated to improving access to quality psychiatric care and fostering a supportive environment for providers. Opportunities exist across South Florida, including behavioral health clinics and hospital-based psychiatry. Providers will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care. The role emphasizes practicing at the top of one's license and making a meaningful impact, whether through long-term patient relationships in outpatient settings or managing acute psychiatric challenges in hospital environments.
Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNPs (PMHNP-BC)
- Certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) with CAQ-Psych or psychiatric experience
- Experienced inpatient psychiatric providers
- New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience
- Comfortable working in hospital-based settings
- Passionate about treating adults with acute psychiatric conditions
- Team-oriented and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
