About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is actively seeking talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) and Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PA-C) for current and future opportunities in the Tampa Bay market. The organization offers roles in both outpatient and inpatient settings, allowing providers to practice at the top of their license and make a meaningful impact. Providers will work alongside experienced psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, nursing teams, and operational leaders committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Ally Psychiatry is a physician-owned and physician-led behavioral health organization focused on improving access to quality psychiatric care and fostering a supportive environment for providers.
Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNPs (PMHNP-BC)
- Certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) with CAQ-Psych or psychiatric experience
- Experienced inpatient psychiatric providers
- New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience
- Comfortable working in hospital-based settings
- Passionate about treating adults with acute psychiatric conditions
- Team-oriented and patient-focused
