About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is actively seeking experienced and newly trained Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) and Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PA-C) for current and future inpatient psychiatry opportunities in the Jacksonville market. This full-time, inpatient role involves delivering high-quality psychiatric care within hospital-based behavioral health programs, working collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, nursing staff, social workers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. Providers will play a vital role in caring for patients experiencing acute psychiatric needs in a collaborative hospital setting. Potential opportunities include Adult Inpatient Psychiatry, Hospital-Based Behavioral Health Services, Acute Psychiatric Stabilization, Psychiatric Evaluations & Assessments, Medication Management, Treatment Planning & Care Coordination, and Consult Liaison Psychiatry.
Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNPs (PMHNP-BC)
- Certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) with CAQ-Psych or psychiatric experience
- Experienced inpatient psychiatric providers
- New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience
- Comfortable working in hospital-based settings
- Passionate about treating adults with acute psychiatric conditions
- Team-oriented and patient-focused
