Exciting Opportunity for TN Psychiatric Physician Assistants & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners Ally Psychiatry is seeking Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistants to join our inpatient team in Dickson, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys acute care psychiatry and values a structured schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal time. Location: Dickson, Tennessee Type: Full-Time, Inpatient, M-F with one weekend of rounding call a month Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience Why join Ally Psychiatry? Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
- Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
- Required Tennessee DEA or eligible to obtain.
- Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
