This role is responsible for effectively managing their assigned territory, which includes conducting cold calls, building and strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. The PSSR Salesperson will provide or facilitate technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with internal experts to enhance customer understanding of products, services, and solutions. They will also assist managers in developing annual territory goals and objectives, including specific accounts, products, and industries, and will be responsible for developing and submitting a yearly territory forecast and plan for approval. Key duties include developing and maintaining customer accounts, establishing proper credit levels, tracking sales opportunities in the CRM, and ensuring records are current. The role requires acting as a professional, committing to personal and professional growth, being honest, considerate, and respectful, and maintaining a professional appearance. The PSSR Salesperson serves as the primary customer contact for all parts and services programs, ensuring customers are informed about these offerings. They manage fleet support and are responsible for reporting customer opportunities and complex issues, routing them to the appropriate channels for resolution. Collaboration with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations is also a key aspect of the role. The position also includes performing other duties as assigned.
