This role is responsible for effectively managing a sales territory, which includes conducting cold calls, building and strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. The PSSR Salesperson will provide or facilitate technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with internal experts to enhance customer understanding of products, services, and solutions. This position assists managers in developing annual market goals and objectives, including specific accounts, products, and industries, with periodic progress reviews. The role involves developing and submitting yearly territory forecasts and plans for manager approval, as well as developing and maintaining customer accounts by establishing proper credit levels and tracking all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM, ensuring records are current. The PSSR Salesperson is expected to conduct themselves professionally, committing to personal and professional growth, honesty, consideration, respect, and maintaining a professional appearance. They serve as the primary customer contact for all parts and services programs, ensuring customers are informed about these programs. The role includes managing fleet support and is solely responsible for reporting customer opportunities and complex issues, routing them to the proper channels and ensuring resolution. Collaboration with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations is also a key aspect of this position. Other duties as assigned.
