About The Position

This high-level salesperson position is responsible for driving trailer lease & rental revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value opportunities. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a long-term, sustainable trailer lease & rental business
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct 50+ weekly cold calls, in-person visits, meetings, emails, and other contact touchpoints for prospecting.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and prioritize sales efforts based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Provide value added results to customers as a trusted advisor in meeting their equipment and business needs.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify prospects, market segments, and industry trends.
  • Daily interactions with General Manager.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
  • Daily use of CRM software to enter all customer activities.
