Samaritan Daytop Village is a nationally recognized comprehensive Health and Human Services Agency, with over 60 programs across New York City and greater New York Area. We serve over 33,000 New Yorkers annually. The Case Manager provides case management/counseling/advocacy services to an assigned caseload and participates as a member of a team to facilitate the client recovery/rehabilitation/stabilization process. This is accomplished by engaging all family members around the development of life skills, connection to community-based services, and strengthening family relationships. Making appropriate interventions as needed, and maintaining the healthy integrity of the program environment. This work is carried out in support of the mission and goals of Samaritan Daytop Village.
