Requirements

• Experience working with business systems or technical support in a PSD or field environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and user support skills
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency in maintaining digital filing systems

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in system administration for PSD or similar technical departments
• Familiarity with coordinating system user communities
• Experience delivering user training

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and effective business system usage across the organization
• Provide prompt user assistance and coordinate the local user community
• Deliver tailored user training sessions as needed
• Manage user accounts, including creation, maintenance, and authorization monitoring
• Identify and resolve system errors, remove obsolete and duplicate entries
• Track, respond to, and resolve all system feedback, help requests, bug reports, and idea submissions
• Maintain an organized archiving and e-filing system for corporate documents
• Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
• Contribute to a culture of quality customer service and operational excellence
