The Provider Talent Acquisition Partner manages the recruitment process for physicians and/or Advanced Practice Nurse Professionals. This position plans and implements recruiting strategies, screens candidates, conducts behavioral interviews, negotiates job offers, and oversees post-offer recruitment functions including reference and criminal background checks. The Talent Acquisition Partner will attend job fairs and assist with recruitment special projects as needed. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality and customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
