Requirements

  • Experience working with a high-volume of inbound inquiries, external outreach, and a large number of relationships
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands
  • Brings a positive and professional attitude to work every day
  • Growth mindset, always ready to learn and apply new strategies or approaches
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing data to drive insight and action
  • Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience working for a high growth company (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Comfortable navigating difficult situations with customers

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage a caseload of 2,000 providers to grow their business with SonderMind, inclusive of dormant, steady and high growth providers
  • Proactively identify areas for providers to grow their caseloads, increase performance metrics and retain their relationships with SonderMind
  • Collaboratively develop innovative solutions for encouraging providers to choose SonderMind as their partner of choice
  • And other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects from time to time based on business needs
