About The Position

Lead in the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier medical and clinical professionals. To play a critical role in expanding our clinical networks by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality candidates aligned with our organization's standard of care. This role involves building robust talent pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with physician leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in health-care administration, or business administration
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician staffing, vendor management, or corporate talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the medical office
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Solid understanding of healthcare provider credentialing, licensing, and medical staff bylaws
