In collaboration with the Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations and Strategy, this role serves as a key liaison between provider candidates, clinical departments, medical staff, leadership, academic partners, and external organizations. Responsibilities include leading provider recruitment and engagement efforts, supporting compensation and contracting processes, coordinating academic and training partnerships, and overseeing locum tenens strategy to support provider coverage needs, while contributing to data-driven solutions and organizational growth initiatives.
