About The Position

The Provider Recruitment Assistant supports the full recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers with a focus on locum tenens sourcing, candidate coordination, and site visit logistics. This role ensures seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders by managing scheduling and administrative processes. Freeman Health System is a not-for-profit health system serving communities across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas through a network of hospitals, physician clinics, outpatient locations, and specialty services. The system includes Freeman Hospital West, Freeman Hospital East, Freeman Neosho Hospital, and the Freeman Health System facilities in Bentonville, Springdale, Willow Creek, and Siloam Springs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of administrative or recruitment support experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
