About The Position

Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the Physician Recruitment process. Assists the Physician Recruitment Director and team members in all recruitment activities as assigned. Develops and maintains working knowledge of the health system to assist with candidate inquiries. Maintains a current open list for position openings, and providers monthly updates to Senior leadership. Interfaces with candidates and hiring team members. Ensures data accuracy in Applicant Tracking System. Schedules and coordinates interviews between Physician Recruitment Specialists, candidates, and hiring teams, including the organization of onsite tours and site visits as required. Coordinates travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for non-local candidates; and follows through on reimbursements. Provides conflict resolution on scheduling challenges and keeps candidates, managers, and recruiters appraising all changes to schedules. Manages billing invoices for Physician Recruitment team vendors/suppliers. Ensures processes and procedures promote the best talent; meets internal promotional goals, and compliance requirements. Supports social media and web strategy recruitment tactics. Assists with the scheduling, coordination, and logistical planning for career fairs and recruitment events. Performs other administrative duties and recruiting tasks as necessary. Assist with provider relocation as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • 2 – 3 years administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
