About The Position

The Provider Network Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing an adequate, high performing provider network to support the Provider Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity PASSE Medicaid program serving members with complex behavioral health, developmental, and intellectual disabilities in Arkansas. This role leads network development, contracting, and provider relationship activities to ensure access, quality, and compliance with Arkansas Medicaid and PASSE contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, business, public administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 plus years of managed care or provider network management experience, preferably with Medicaid or complex populations behavioral health, IDD, LTSS or HCBS.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements with physicians, behavioral health providers, facilities, or ancillary providers.
• Experience working within a PASSE, Medicaid MCO, ACO, or similar risk based, provider led model strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working with Arkansas Medicaid policies, waivers, and BH or IDD provider communities is highly desirable.
• 2 plus years of experience in provider relations, account management, or network operations preferred.
