About The Position

As a Provider Network Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships within our provider network. This position requires a detail-oriented professional adept at developing and maintaining provider networks, and optimizing provider performance to deliver exceptional care to our members. You will be instrumental in fostering effective communication and collaboration between providers and our organization, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our network. Under the direction of the Manager of Professional Services, the Network Specialist, inputs provider data into the NVA system, works with internal teams and providers by telephone and written communication.

Requirements

High school diploma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficiency in computer applications and experience with Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are essential.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

Experience with or ability to learn the NVA system to assist in provider set up

Responsibilities

Inputs Provider Data into the NVA AS400 system utilizing SharePoint and other Network Drives
Experience with or ability to learn the NVA system to assist in provider set up
Responds to mail and emails received from providers.
Makes all appropriate changes to provider data base as requested by providers
Assists in resolving member inquiries and complaints regarding providers
Assists with answering provider calls from the call center, as necessary.
Tracking and working Excel Spreadsheets, Word & PDF Documents
Other duties as assigned
