About The Position

Coral Care is a pediatric in-home therapy marketplace that connects families with licensed occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists, delivering care at home. The company operates in nine states with over 600 providers and has recently closed its Series A funding. Coral Care aims to simplify and expedite the process of finding pediatric therapy for families and provide a platform for providers to practice meaningfully without the overhead of running their own practice. The Provider Marketing Manager role is focused on making Coral Care the preferred platform for pediatric providers. This is a community-centric position requiring the building of strong connections among therapists to encourage their joining, retention, and growth within the Coral Care network. The role involves close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Head of Provider Operations, and Clinical Lead, covering the entire provider experience from initial interest to a thriving practice. It is a hands-on role for an individual passionate about bringing people together and executing innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing or communications, with meaningful ownership of work.
  • Community-based marketing experience, or experience marketing to entrepreneurs and solopreneurs, with a track record of making people feel part of something.
  • Strong writing skills with clear, simple, and empathetic communication.
  • Creativity in bringing people together, online and in person.
  • Bias toward building and shipping, not just planning.
  • Strong content and email marketing experience, including running campaigns in marketing automation tools.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfort collaborating across functions, including design, programs, product, and operations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be based in NYC.

  • Experience starting in an agency or brand side and then moving to an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative and genuine ways for providers to connect with each other and with Coral Care, both in-person and online.
  • Build and maintain a thriving provider community.
  • Create content and campaigns to reach therapists and integrate them into the Coral Care community.
  • Develop programs that foster provider connection and support throughout their engagement with Coral Care.
  • Support local marketing efforts to help clinicians build practices in their neighborhoods and strengthen local care networks.
