As Growth Lead at Forus, you will own growth for one of our core provider categories, with a mandate to expand national market share, drive activation, and unlock commercial impact. You will act as a category GM: defining strategy, allocating resources, and using a wide mix of levers — from inside sales and referral programs to partnerships, campaigns, and product surfaces — to deliver against aggressive adoption targets. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and market strategy. You will partner closely with engineering, ops, and partnerships teams to scale what works, experiment with what doesn’t yet exist, and prioritize the highest-value bets. You will be expected to design and execute your strategy across channels, specialties, and tactics, and be directly accountable for top-of-funnel growth and downstream platform impact. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to “act like an owner” and commit yourself to Forus' success.
