Requirements

Experience working in a metric driven environment
Experience working independently
Experience working in the Healthcare industry Medicaid specifically
Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations
Ability to handle face to face interactions
Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment
Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential.
Ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.
Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.

Responsibilities

Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
Be a productive member of the team/ answer inbound calls where necessary
Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations
Time management, attendance and punctuality
Ability to travel throughout the state of DE
