About The Position

This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely. Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. Remote role – required to have a home office or room with a door to separate from anyone in the house. Hours are 8am-5pm punctuality is a must.

Requirements

Experience working in a metric driven environment
Experience using multiple monitors and systems
Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically
Experience Meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent
