About The Position

Under the leadership of the SVP of Provider Strategy & Network Management, the Provider Data Integrity Administrator is responsible for the accuracy, governance, and operational integrity of InnovAge’s enterprise provider data. This role manages end‑to‑end provider data workflows that support network management, payment operations, scheduling, and regulatory-facing provider directories. The position serves as a key operational partner in the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of centralized provider data systems, including Salesforce-based solutions, and supports downstream data integrations across clinical, financial, and reporting platforms. The Provider Data Integrity Administrator ensures provider data consistency across internal and external stakeholders and plays a critical role in maintaining reliable data needed for operational decision-making, system interoperability, and organizational compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience.
  • Experience working with organizational policies, procedures and systems, the ability to perform varied and complex data entry and report tasks, in addition to experience preparing written documents such as letters, memos, e-mails and faxes required
  • Expertise with database management applications (Excel, Access, Smartsheet)
  • Working knowledge and the ability to use complex office equipment.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Health Plan Provider Relations/Network operations preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Creates, validates, and maintains accurate provider demographic, billing, and payment data through governed intake processes, including structured templates and system uploads, ensuring data integrity and alignment with InnovAge operation needs. May include both manual data entry and/or upload of Intake Templates.
  • Applies judgement to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of provider data used for payment, network management, scheduling, and reporting across the organization.
  • Supports ongoing provider demographic and payment data feeds by monitoring data quality, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating corrections as necessary.
  • Maintains Provider Directories across all InnovAge markets –including external (participants, brokers & regulatory) and internal (network, IDT, and Order/Scheduling/Transportation) operational uses.
  • Ensuring provider directory data is accurate, current, and aligned across systems and audiences to support compliance, participant access and operational efficiency.
  • Serves as a key operational contributor in the development, user testing, and ongoing operationalization of Salesforce-based solutions supporting centralized data management, including objects, fields, and reporting.
  • Supports the development, testing, and day-to-day operational use of Salesforce Portal to facilitate accurate data intake and maintenance.
  • Supports system configuration and testing activities related to credentialing verification organization (CVO) as they related to provider data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supports provider data alignment and integrate appropriately with downstream clinical, financial, and reporting systems, including EPIC, Oracle, Tableau, Plexis, and other InnovAge platforms.
  • Participants in the development, review, revision, and updating standards, policies, procedures, internal and external training materials related to InnovAge’s Salesforce applications, Provider Portal, and provider data integrity operations, oversight, and compliance.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and recommends resolution of provider data operations related issues including trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Applies independent judgement to prioritize data issues and determine appropriate resolution paths in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Communicates with providers and processes correspondence from providers in a timely manner, as needed, serving as a knowledge point of contact for provider data inquiries.
  • May support responses to requests from providers, regulatory bodies, government, etc., as appropriate.
  • Processes requests for information in an effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with management, employees and external providers.
  • Supports achievement of departmental milestones and operational goals by meeting assigned timelines, maintaining data accuracy, adhering to established processes and adhering to approved budgets.
