About The Position

The Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of provider compensation calculations and reports, including employment agreement offers. This role also assists in the administration of provider compensation databases, monitors and tracks internal activity related to physician employment agreements, and maintains a working knowledge of current provider activities and compensation practices. The position requires exceptionally strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst must practice a high degree of ethics and adhere to the OSF philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
• Skilled in developing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets and complex data.
• Ability to interpret and communicate legal documents such employment agreements.
• Skill in planning, organizing and supervising multiple assignments concurrently.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and organize activities.
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially using Excel to conduct analysis and prepare data/reports.
• Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with physician compensation contracts preferred.
