You will be leading our Specialty Dining Program by preparing flawless proteins and sauces, ensuring each meal period is delivered with speed, precision, and consistency. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and perception of our dining experience!

Requirements

GED required
Proven hot line experience in fine dining, hotel, or upscale high-capacity settings
Demonstrated proficiency in classic sauce work and knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions
Strong knowledge of meat, poultry, and fish cookery, including butchering, carving, and service methods
Outstanding knife skills and familiarity with classic cuts
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality setting
High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential guest information

Nice To Haves

Culinary arts or equivalent professional training preferred
Servsafe Certification preferred or willingness to acquire within 30 days of hire
