About The Position

Individual will be responsible for leading the department and assisting supervisor in daily operations of the Protein Conversion plant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have at least 5 years of Protein Conversion Experience
• Must be able to drive a straight gear truck
• Willing to learn to operate all systems and machinery
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Excellent attendance (4 points or less), safety and work record
• Ability to work without direct supervision

Nice To Haves

• Supervisor/Lead Person experience preferred
