This full-time position, 35 hours per week, is not remote and is responsible for coordinating and supervising the Protective Services Program and staff. The role involves reviewing protective intakes, assigning cases, monitoring assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The supervisor will provide administrative and clinical supervision, review case documentation, offer consultation, and monitor staff compliance with reporting requirements. This position also entails participating in legal actions, representing the agency in court, enforcing personnel policies, and providing technical assistance to other case managers. The supervisor will coordinate with the EOEA Regional Manager, attend meetings and trainings, and participate in program planning and implementation. Additionally, the role involves developing and training personnel, attending supervisory sessions and in-service trainings, conducting community in-services, representing the agency in the community, serving as a liaison with contracted agencies, accessing CORI data while maintaining confidentiality, and conducting home visits. Rotating on-call duties are required.
