About The Position

The Prospect Development team contributes to the mission by strategically guiding and supporting fundraising efforts through data-driven prospect identification and development. This position will provide support to the Prospect Development team, including but not limited to resending prospect referrals, developing informational one-pagers, and providing general prospect engagement support.

Requirements

• Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate degree program
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the job responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
• Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Cooperative attitude with a desire to learn
• Minimum of 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (and continuing through the fall/spring)

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing LinkedIn profiles of OSU alumni and report relevant updates to the Records and Information Management team.
• Assist with creating and maintaining lists of prior prospect referrals for distribution to fundraisers.
• Assist with tracking outcomes of prospect referrals.
• Assist with Prospect Research and Prospect Engagement projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
