About The Position

This position involves a Friday to Tuesday schedule with a 0600 start time. The role includes loads going to Quebec City and surrounding areas. Start times may vary depending on freight volumes. The driving is approximately 80% city and 20% highway. The driver might occasionally be required to sleep in their truck overnight and will be required to assist with loading and unloading. Requirements

• Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
• Must be fluent in English- speaking, reading, writing, comprehension
• Must have CP Rail and container experience
• Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lb.
• Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system
• Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
• Are you registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse?

Responsibilities

• Include loads going to Quebec City and surrounding area
