About The Position
Fidelity Partners is an Inc. 5000, USA company that provides medical, technical, logistical, and administrative services to the federal government and commercial Clients across the country. Fidelity is seeking a full time Proposal Writer to join our corporate Team to respond to government requests for proposals (RFPs), quotes (RFQs), requests for information (RFIs) and grants.
Requirements
- Writing & Editing: Ability to produce clear, persuasive, and error-free professional content
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related technical discipline.
- Microsoft Suite, AI platforms
Responsibilities
- Analyze Solicitations: Review federal, state, or local procurement opportunities
- Draft Content: Write compelling executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, and past performance summaries.
- Coordinate with Recruiting department to fulfill staffing needs
- Collaborate with Leadership to gather vital data.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that proposal meets solicitation requirements
- Manage Deadlines: Coordinate schedules to track deadlines
