About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Writer with strong experience in Federal, State, and Local Government Contracting. This is a temporary-to-hire position located in the Oakley area. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of government procurement requirements and be able to read, analyze, and develop compliant bid proposals in accordance with solicitation specifications.
Requirements
- Previous proposal writing experience reviewing, interpreting, and responding to federal, state, and local solicitations.
- Strong understanding of government procurement requirements.
- Ability to read, analyze, and develop compliant bid proposals.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of companies you have created bids for.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret federal, state, and local solicitations.
- Analyze solicitation requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and develop compliant bid and proposal responses.
- Ensure proposals align with government procurement requirements.
- Support the submission of bids in accordance with solicitation guidelines and deadlines.
