Under the guidance of Senior Proposal Writers and manager, this role is responsible for crafting responses to customer Request for Proposals (RFPs), bids, and other customer inquiries. The position collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and internal stakeholders to develop compelling responses to retain and win new business. The Proposal Writer I writes and reviews proposals to ensure they are top quality, organized logically, and written in adherence to corporate standards. Excellent project and time management skills are used to meet Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. This role also writes and reviews additional documentation as required, including offer letters, executive summaries, value statements, and responses to basic requests for information.
