As a Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) Analyst, you'll assist with the Supply Chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to help in shaping and executing a new combined bid and procurement strategy for the customer. Requirements

Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience working on proposals
Ability to work on programs requiring special program access
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)

Responsibilities

Assisting in supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.
Helping to generate and/or collect necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs).
Assisting in developing and executing to supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.
Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Helping to ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
