As a Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) you're accountable for the Supply Chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute a new combined bid and procurement strategy for the customer. Requirements

University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
Experience working on proposals
Ability to work on programs requiring special program access
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Experience managing, and/or working with supplier
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)
Commitment to earning Material Program Management certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.
Generating and/or collecting necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs) to the procurement teams, pricing approvals and much more.
Developing and executing to supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.
Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Ensuring proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
