U.S. Facilities, Inc. (USF) and its parent company, PRWT Services, Inc. (PRWT), are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Proposal Manager to lead the development of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals across a diverse portfolio of facilities management and support services opportunities. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Communications, this role partners closely with business development, operations, pricing, contracts, and senior leadership to help shape winning submissions that drive growth across both organizations. This hybrid position is based in or near the Philadelphia metropolitan area, with at least three days per week in the office. This is an exciting opportunity for a proposal professional who enjoys combining strategy, writing, collaboration, and execution to deliver high-quality responses in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong proposal leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate operational and technical input into persuasive, customer-focused submissions that differentiate our solutions in the marketplace. In this role, you will manage multiple proposal efforts under tight deadlines while coordinating cross-functional contributors and ensuring that every submission is well-organized, compliant, and aligned with customer priorities. You will play a visible role in helping the company pursue new business, strengthen customer relationships, and present our capabilities with clarity, professionalism, and impact.
