About The Position

The Proposal Manager will support the sales teams in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process. Handles RFPs involving multiple products and projects that have been deemed qualified through a screening process. Develops a response to the RFP, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to address all aspects of the proposal. Manages the proposal process, ensuring that the team provides accurate and timely responses. Works with the various departments within the organization to coordinate responses. Works on setting up an RFP repository and RFP templates. Provides answers to technical questions within the RFP and works with vendor tools, specialists and sales engineers to develop the content for the proposal.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed
  • Previous RFP and proposal process experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
