The public sector enabling capabilities organization (ECO) consists of six functions that support Huron at the enterprise level: sales operations, sales enablement, government and policy relations, contracts management, engagement management and engagement assurance. As part of ECO, sales enablement supports sellers to architect client proposals by reviewing and developing content and managing the overall proposal engine and processes according to industry best practices. The proposal analyst supports administrative aspects of proposal development — organizing proposal documentation, coordinating internal workflows and schedules, providing research and content support, and supporting submission of the final proposal. The proposal analyst is a central point of process facilitation from beginning to end. This position works in lockstep with proposal managers and across Huron business units, the sales team, and the subject-matter experts (SMEs) to support the overall facilitation and materials for multiple proposals and/or oral presentations/demonstrations simultaneously. This includes administrative and communications support, building templates, managing logistics, supporting contributors, and leveraging AI/automation tools to conduct research, draft content, and support the submission of responsive and compliant proposals. Supports the preparation of proposals/deliverables by managing logistics and providing administrative, research, and communications support. Typical duties include the following: Live and conduct oneself in accordance with Huron’s values Managing proposal logistics and helping to establish effective digital collaboration (e.g., setting up the Teams site, organizing documentation, and providing administrative support to the proposal team) Leverage AI‑enabled tools to streamline administrative tasks, conduct research, draft content, and support internal communications Schedule and coordinate proposal reviews and meetings Support content development by pulling templates and stock content from content management systems, including bios, past performances, client impact stories, and past proposals Develop initial template for content writers, coordinate with corporate stakeholders for necessary documentation and graphics to support proposal creation Effectively communicate status updates and proposal logistics to team members and stakeholders Build simple tables, graphics, and process diagrams for proposals Provide proposal publishing and proofreading support to ensure alignment with brand standards, formatting guidelines, and visual consistency Collaborate across business units to gather proposal inputs, such as client impact stories and bios Monitor sales intake mailbox and reports/dashboards following processes for taking action Support ongoing organization and management of proposal content

Requirements

  • Current permanent US work authorization required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools augmented by human-in-the-loop critical thinking
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high tolerance for ambiguity
  • An aptitude for an interest in growing business/sales writing skills; includes the ability to research and synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Pivots between several proposals in a high-volume, quick-turn environment
  • Delivers effective written communications that are clear and informative
