About The Position

The Proposal Analyst II will plan, organize, and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for information (RFIs) of varying complexity, priority, and risk. These efforts aid the company in the acquisition of new business and retention of current clients. The role involves leading the proposal, RFP, and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. It requires strong leadership, organizational, issue resolution, interpersonal, and time management skills to foster collaboration between different business units. The analyst will respond to questions relating to the company's business and offered insurance products and services, and interact with sales staff, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the creation of accurate, customer-facing material. The final deliverables will include presentation materials and proposal documents that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience (preparing proposals, RFP’s and RFI’s)
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel and Adobe highly preferred.
