About The Position

Riversbend Owner Association is seeking an experienced and hands-on Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall appearance of their 38-acre property condominium community. This leadership role is responsible for supervising onsite staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with association standards, and maintaining a positive and responsive environment for residents. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver with a background in property or facility management who can balance administrative responsibilities with day-to-day operational oversight.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, or condominium/community association operations.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing maintenance staff or vendors.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, preventative maintenance, and grounds care practices.
  • Familiarity with condominium or HOA management is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relevant local/state regulations, including condo laws and safety codes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems, and online portals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Boards, staff, and residents.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license at time of hire and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the onsite maintenance team to ensure productivity and quality work.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and maintain accurate records of maintenance needs, safety issues, and completed work.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, scheduled service, and capital improvement projects.
  • Respond to property-related emergencies, including after-hours issues as needed.
  • Maintain open, professional communication with residents, fostering a welcoming community environment.
  • Enforce association rules and support Board directives to uphold property standards.
