We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle property repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative upkeep to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and attractive.
Requirements
- 10yrs of drywall experience
- Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or skilled trades.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Have and maintain a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform general property repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tenant repair requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials, and labor.
