About The Position

At SingleSource, the Property Preservation team ensures that evictions and lockouts are conducted correctly, on time, and in full compliance with the law, thereby protecting clients from costly delays. This role involves daily ownership of the lockout and eviction process, including assigning orders to vendors and managing each lockout to completion. It is a fast-paced, high-volume position where the individual will personally assign and track approximately 40 lockouts per week, often with tight 24-hour turnaround windows. The ideal candidate thrives on the phone, maintains organization under pressure, and ensures all follow-ups are completed.

Requirements

Experience in property preservation, eviction services, mortgage servicing, or another field-services-related industry.
Comfort with heavy phone and computer work in a high-volume, fast-moving role.
Sharp attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound decisions.
Willingness to work Monday-Friday, standard business hours 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

Manually assign each lockout order to a qualified vendor, ensuring the right crew is on-site to meet the sheriff for the scheduled eviction.
Confirm vendors understand state-specific eviction laws, SLAs, and client requirements before every lockout.
Act quickly on tight turnarounds, as some orders require action within 24 hours of receipt.
Follow up on every lockout after completion to confirm it was done correctly and on time.
Identify and resolve delays, issues, or exceptions before they escalate.
Build strong, accountable relationships with vendor partners.
Maintain accurate documentation in internal and external systems.
