About The Position

We’re looking for a Property Media & Listing Specialist to own how our available apartments show up online—from capturing the media to getting it live. This role is part photographer, visual merchandiser, field operator, air-traffic controller, and quality-control fanatic. Thousands of prospective residents will see your work before they ever move into one of our communities. You're responsible for that first impression. Some days you'll be shooting. Some days you'll be editing. Some days you'll be figuring out where you need to be next. Find it. Frame it. Capture it. Get it live. Make it stand out. Then move on to the next one.

Ten years of professional photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Photograph vacant and renovated apartments using our established shot list.
Create Matterport 3D tours. Find the angles, lighting, details, and composition that make each space stand out.
Edit and optimize photography for marketing.
Catch the little things before shooting—lights, blinds, toilet seats, debris, construction materials, etc.
Know when something isn't photo-ready and speak up.
Build and manage your own shooting schedule.
Prioritize units based on readiness and leasing needs.
Coordinate with construction, property management, leasing, and marketing.
Track what's been captured, edited, uploaded, and completed.
Ensure media and listing updates are completed within the 48-hour standard.
Uploading and organizing photos and Matterport tours.
Updating descriptions and ready dates.
Removing outdated or poor-quality media.
Selecting and ordering photos strategically—the hero image matters.
Reviewing live listings to ensure they're accurate, organized, and looking sharp.
