The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations and financial performance of their assigned portfolio in accordance with the terms of the management agreements and Kiemle Hagood policies, procedures and standards. They serve as the lead for client relationships and the first point of contact for tenant issues. Property Managers operate with a solid understanding of building systems, lease administration, financial management, and client relationships, applying these skills to effectively manage day-to-day operations and priorities within their portfolio. They are expected to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work while continuing to develop their expertise and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to think critically and proactively make recommendations to clients and customers. Property Managers operate within their portfolio team under the oversight of a Portfolio Manager.
