About The Position

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Property Manager to oversee a newly built luxury mid-rise community in the Golden Valley area of Minneapolis. This role is ideal for a leader who combines operational excellence with a hospitality mindset, delivering an elevated resident experience while driving financial performance, team development, and community success.

Requirements

8–10+ years of property management experience, preferably with Class A or luxury communities
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities
Proven ability to influence, coach, and elevate team performance
Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and reporting
Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering best-in-class resident experiences

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams including Leasing Professionals and Maintenance staff
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
Set the standard for exceptional resident engagement and customer service
Handle escalated resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
Drive resident retention through proactive communication and relationship-building
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Monitor occupancy, collections, and expense control
Identify opportunities to improve NOI and operational efficiency
Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
Partner with leadership to implement pricing and leasing strategies
Maintain strong knowledge of the local luxury housing market
