About The Position

Banner Property Management, LLC is expanding its portfolio with two premier luxury communities: Quincy Station Apartments (Westmont, IL) & Glenwood Station Apartments (Glen Ellyn, IL). These properties encompass a combined 180 units. We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee operations at both locations. This specialized role requires a sophisticated leader who excels at managing the intricacies of newly acquired assets while establishing a culture of integrity, operational excellence, and a positive, engaging experience for both residents and team members. You’ll be the face of both properties, a go-to resource for your team and residents, and a key contributor to the ongoing success of Quincy Station & Glenwood Station.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of multi-family property management experience (Market Rate).
  • Proficiency with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive NOI.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and resolve resident concerns with compassion.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local business needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs., etc.).
  • Final candidates will be required to pass a background check and provide professional references.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CAM or CPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training, and mentoring a cohesive onsite team across leasing and maintenance to meet Banner’s high standards.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of property operations, including marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with residents to drive satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Ensure the communities operate in full compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
  • Utilizing your analytical skills to monitor occupancy trends and financial health, ensuring the properties meet their strategic goals.
