About The Position

Manage all phases of the operation of an apartment community including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation according to Legacy standards and specific owner directives. Have complete and full responsibility for property P&L. Perform work of subordinates as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Regional Property Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday and requires availability for on-call emergencies. Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage schedules. Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance. Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance. Monitor collections and approve financial reports. Marketing & Leasing – Work with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media management. Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company and owner standards. Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, market trends, and operational performance.
