Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of pertinent work experience are preferred.
Familiarity with property management software and tools is essential.
A valid Ohio driver's license with four points or less.
An operable vehicle and proof of insurance.
Strong communication skills are vital.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in nonprofit or social services, or a related property management field.
The ability to communicate in multiple languages is a valuable asset.
